Virtual Field Trip: Gelato: Cow to Cone

Join us on Wednesday, May 20, at 10:00 a.m. for a free Virtual Field Trip to Proof Line Farm in Ilderton, Ontario, where students will explore the incredible world of gelato and dairy farming.

During this engaging field trip, your class will:

  • Meet the farmers and learn about the farm’s regenerative agriculture practices.
  • Discover how the dairy cows are cared for.
  • Learn how milk and other ingredients are transformed into gelato right on the farm.
  • Participate in live discussions and ask questions in real time.


Additionally, all registrants will receive a digital activity kit containing engaging educational materials to enhance the Virtual Field Trip experience.
