The “Footprints of Food Waste” workshop and supplemental pre and post workshop activities are designed to introduce participants to where along the entire food system food can be lost or wasted. Participants will learn how food waste impacts our natural environment and how people are impacted by food waste. Finally, they will brainstorm and learn some key strategies for reducing the amount of food waste in their own lives.
