Climate Change 

Your students will critically analyse the impacts of climate change on the Canadian agriculture sector and explore various strategies to adapt to and mitigate climate change while continuing to be sustainable.

Workshop Learning Goals:

  • Review the difference between Climate Change and Greenhouse Effect
  • Explore natural and human factors that contribute to climate change
  • Identify how climate change can have positive and negative effects on agriculture
  • Recognize strategies used to combat the effects of climate change on agriculture

Land Acknowledgement
