The “Biodiversity on the Farm” workshop and supplemental pre and post workshop activities are designed to introduce participants to the relationship between agriculture and the environment. Participants will learn how being a good steward of the environment supports both agriculture and biodiversity. They will also learn about some of the key tools and initiatives farmers use to protect and nurture the biodiversity on and around their farms as they seek to help feed a growing population.
