About Growing a Classroom Garden Teacher Resource
Created for CALM 2026, this new resource provides teachers with everything they need to help students start a thriving classroom garden and discover exactly what each plant needs to grow. Students will think like scientists by tracking their plants’ progress day by day, leading up to a fun and tasty harvest. This resource aligns with the Ontario Science and Technology Curriculum for grades 1-4 and is available in English and French.
